Cancellations
We reserve time especially for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours, if possible, prior to your appointment so that other patients needing help may be seen.
Payment
Full payment is required when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards. For your convenience we offer 3or 6-month no interest financing for most procedures. For more information go to www.Carecredit.com.
Insurance
We do all we can to help you derive the maximum benefits from your insurance company. In order for us to do this, you must bring a copy of the insurance card or a claim form.
We do not determine the amount of coverage you will receive. Your insurance company does this. We have found that most insurance plans pay a portion of periodontal procedures. The type of plan chosen by your employer determines benefits. Although policies vary, most have a $50 to $100 deductible and a yearly maximum.
Any questions you may have concerning your insurance benefits should be directed to your insurance representative.
Payment is due when services are rendered but as a courtesy we will be happy to file the insurance for you.
In some cases the insurance company may ask us for more information before they can send your refund. We willbe happy to do this for you, but cannot be held responsible for any delays in the processing of the claim.
